Sylvia is a mixed media artist living on Cape Cod and Delray Beach. Her love for texture, color and anything whimsical fuel her ongoing journey as an artist. The heartfelt, soulful messages and the sweetly drawn faces that she incorporates into her work will surely put a smile on your face.
Her latest love is gel printing, a form of monoprinting. These beautiful handmade papers are the foundation of much of her work. Recycled papers, such as old sewing patterns, are also an integral part of her creative layering process.
